PE and Wellness (MS/HS)

Nik grew up in New Paltz, NY and attended SUNY Cortland where he received his degree in Physical Education. Nik has a passion for movement, and comes from a traditional sports background, having competed in Track and Field in high school and college. He is also an avid rock climber, hiker, and absolutely loves swimming in natural watering holes! Nik is so excited to bring his passion for movement to New Roots, and can’t wait to get everyone moving!
