New Roots alum Dax Simitch Warke, member of the first New Roots graduating class in 2012, earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Allegheny College and then continued on to graduate school, earning an MFA in Visual Communication Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2019. Dax recently moved to New York City and has been working as a Marketing Coordinator for interior design and architecture firms for the past few years.
