Art (MS/HS)

Aaron is an Ithaca-based artist and educator who came to New Roots beginning this school year, with prior teaching experience in Broward County, Florida. Interested in both traditional and emerging media, Aaron is familiar with a wide range of artistic processes, and is well-equipped to facilitate creative projects tailored to the specific interests of their students. Aaron is also currently an adjunct for SUNY Corning Community College, teaching arts classes. Having graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BA in Visual Arts and Emerging Media Management, Aaron is invested in the intersection between creativity, career, and community.

You can find Aaron around town attending (or sometimes booking) local music shows, hosting radio with WRFI, and hiking the many beautiful trails that Ithaca has to offer. Perhaps most crucially, Aaron is a human being from planet Earth.
