Office Specialist and Registrar

Doris is the Office Specialist and Registrar for New Roots, and has been here since March of 2024. As the Office Specialist, she is a fundamental part of the Operations team. Doris handles attendance, and is the contact person for all parents and students. As the Registrar, she handles each student’s enrollment files. She loves being in the middle of the action at New Roots, and tries to help everyone in the school the best she can.

As a parent of a New Roots kid, she loves the individualized education, smaller classroom sizes, environmental focus, and priority of learning by doing. She believes that New Roots helps students come out of their shell and experience education on a whole different level.

Hailing from Horseheads, NY, Doris loves knitting and consuming all forms of fantasy media.
