Become a New Roots Student

Become one of the founders of our high school, and get a great education while making a big impact on your community.

If you are entering 9th, 10th, or 11th grade in September, 2010 and are live anywhere in New York State you are invited to enroll now (we'll be adding 12th grade the following year).

New Roots is a small, public, college prep program.  There's no tuition, and any student who lives within commuting distance of Ithaca can attend.  In our first year, students from fifteen different regional school districts chose New Roots!

If you live within 15 miles of Ithaca, your home school district will provide busing for you to get to New Roots. All students who need them will have a school-provided T-CAT bus pass, as well.
